We want you to love your GRIPT gear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at griptsport@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
